I'm rather sad to see the end of CTN. It was a special organisation, created by special people who in turn were influenced by CTN culture. It ran on the smell of an oily rag but produced wonderful stuff, and had some great wins for consumers. I hope ACCAN keeps some good old CTN values, and wish everyone well for the future.

I wholeheartedly concur with your sentiments, Lisbeth. ACCAN's success will however critically depend, in part, on its ability to adopt policy positions that may not always agree with those of the government. Ross Kelso, outgoing chair CTN

I concur. Although not 'involved' with CTN as much as I would have liked, I have known Teresa in various other forums for many, many years as a devoted advocate in consumer telecommunications. I hope that ACCAN will continue that work. It is rather sad in a way, but CTN has acheived much in its 20 years and I am sure this will be absolved into ACCAN. Hank Wyllie.
